Excellent experience start to finish! I had never been to Bent Creek Dental, but was experiencing some intense tooth pain late one night. Made an online emergency appointment that night and they scheduled me for an appointment first thing the next morning! Dr. Mathis quickly determined the problem (infected broken tooth). Within an hour, he performed a root canal and I was feeling much better. I was a little nervous when he said “root canal”, but it was actually not bad at all. He and his staff made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I liked my previous dentist, but I’m switching to Bent Creek after this experience. Couldn’t be happier!

I have had horrific experiences at dentist office, but i can say that i have found my new dentist! The staff is wonderful! Dr. Mathis is incredible, very gentle and great bedside manner! This is by far the best environment at a dentist I’ve ever been too!

Friendly, clean atmosphere. First I will say I hate to have to go to the dentist! My hygienists was incredible!! Friendly, made me relax from the start. She addressed all my needs and concerns. She didn’t hurt me at all!! I have TMJ, she knew exactly what to do so I would be comfortable! Best cleaning I’ve ever had! Dentist came in and introduced himself, friendly. He listened to my concerns, explained the work I needed done and then sent in a lovely lady who worked out a plan for me. Just moved to this area I hope I have found my dentist!

Came to this dentist for a second opinion since my first dentist did not listen to my issues. Was recommended to me via my coworker. Their office staff is great and so is Dr. Mathis. He took the time to listen to my situation and was able to find the actual problem. The environment in the office is great also - love the TVs in each room so you can watch while you wait.
