Very professional, friendly and family oriented! I felt welcomed from the time I walked through the door! I was greeted with pleasure! The girl at the front desk was super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! Then as I went to the back with Felicia (I think that’s her name) she was also very sweet and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! Dr Matthias was awesome as well! He made me feel at ease and I can’t tell he gets to know his patients because we chatted a little and everything went smoothly! I love bent creek already 💖💖

The facility is very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. My appointment was at 10 AM I walked into the office at about 9:55 AM and they had already logged me into the system. I was sitting for maybe five minutes when they call me back to start my appointment. The staff there is amazing. they’re all very professional and friendly and they do a good job with cleaning my teeth and informing me of what’s happening throughout the process.

We love Bent Creek Dental. Mary Katherine and Stacy are the best hygienists and Dr. Mathis is a wonderful dentist. I always get in on time and out quickly. Bent Creek Dental feels like family and have made us feel at home since moving to Opelika 3 years ago. My husband and I love our dentist!!!

The staff was so kind and incredibly helpful. They work with you if you don’t have insurance and they will work you in for emergency dental necessities! I had a cavity that was so painful, and past the point of saving, and just needed to be pulled. I called multiple places that scheduled me over a week later, and it just could not wait a week, it was that painful. I called bent creek Wednesday morning and they had me in by the afternoon and pulled the tooth that day. I was so thankful for the sense of urgency they felt with and for me over the pain i was experiencing. They fixed me right up and didn’t treat me any differently based on my level of insurance. A+ to the staff and doctor there! Thank you so much to all of you!

Beautiful office clean such an inviting office. Everyone makes you feel so welcome. Patient gentle, very understanding, the doctor will make you feel at ease not pushy! The assistants are very comforting and patient. I like how the assistants type up a action plan of what the doctor suggests showing you the break down of the teeth and price of the procedure.
So you will be knowing step by step.

The staff at Bent Creek can’t be beat! My 6 year old has special needs and they did everything they could to make her comfortable. They were very patient with her and gave her time for breaks. It was a great experience and I can’t recommend them enough!
