I felt pretty upset but most of all hurt as an established patient for having my appointment changed without my knowledge. I received a call from Dr. Donaghey apologizing for his staff not properly communicating to me the reason my appointment was changed. He even double checked my account and made sure everything was filed correctly. I really appreciated him taking time out of his day to personally call me and for this I’m changing my review. O’Brien Dental is a pretty big office and as you can see has tons of positive reviews; however, he cared enough to call this one patient that was not satisfied! Thank you for caring!
