Not pleased the charging for procedures and painful when x-rays. Periodontal Maintenance is covered by UHC, yet charged with Aspen and only partially done!

Within 10 minutes of my visit, I felt more welcomed and at home than the 2 years I spent at my previous dentist. From the receptionist to the doctor each individual was beyond what I expected and were very respectful. The doctor spoke with knowledge and compassion. Will 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. The experience was everything you hope to have when being in an uncomfortable situation.

The courteous and professional front desk personnel, dental assistant/hygienist and the awesome dentist, Dr. Dickinson, my dental healthcare was stellar!
I was incredibly nervous, but my procedure was performed with compassion, patience and laser focus. The staff are punctual and efficient.
Dr. Dickinson gave excellent patient education and recommendations. My follow up appointment was made prior to my departure.
The facility offers flexible payment plans for those without dental insurance.
It is with exuberance that I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Daphne for your dental healthcare needs.

Extremely caring staff. I had a full on panic attack during my root canal appointment. The assistant and Dr. Lovell stopped mid procedure to let me catch my breath and slow my heart rate. (Panic attacks are just something I live with.) They even made adjustments for me to be more comfortable. I was in and out within an hour.
Additionally, the first exam was very thorough. The Dr. Singh was informative and friendly.
Neither of my appointments seemed rushed and they were happy to answer any questions I had.

This was the only place that was accepting new patients in my area. I was a little apprehensive about visiting a corporate dentist office since I’m used to family owned practices. They were amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything was explained in detail throughout the entire process. The office manager explained my insurance benefits and the cost of upcoming appointments. There was no pressure to make an appointment or buy anything. The dentist & hygienist were thorough with explaining everything they were doing. I have no complaints other than I wish I had found them sooner. I can’t wait for my future appointments!!

The whole staff work together to provide excellent care and support. They will go out of their way and beyond to attend to your dental needs in a timely manner......disappointed that follow up appointments aren't as good as first contact. Front desk personnel DO NOT communicate well as to reschedule of appointments, clearly the rollover of dentists and personnel has a negative impact on care offered. I am a victim that had teeth pulled 2 years ago with NO DENTURES to replace them!. The dentures provided were "adjusted" to being unusable....when returned regarding this issue....I was told they were only good for a year "will replace with another for free". Then I was informed I needed "surgery in order for ANY dentures to fit". I can no longer eat anything but soft foods....this has a serious impact on my nutrition. BEWARE of ASPEN DENTAL!!!! They reel you in....charge any insurance then drop you and you are stuck scrambling to find another dentist to correct their mistakes. Those with limited income/Medicare benefits are especially vulnerable to these practices. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Straight up scam artists. Do yourself a favor and pick a better Dentist. They offer free exams. My insurance covers %100 of exams. But they tried to charge me $103 for an exam before the dentist even saw me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR SEE A REAL DENTIST!

I called Aspen Dental in Kennesaw, GA after having a terrible toothache at work all night. They had me come right in and was able to pull the tooth (my choice). The entire team was wonderful. I travel for my job so I have used Aspen in Foley,AL, Pensacola,Fl, Mobile AL and Manahawkin, NJ. They all have the most amazing team members from receptionist to Dentist! If you are anywhere near Kennesaw,GA, I would definitely recommend them!
