I have a terrible fear of dentists, and I made an appointment out of necessity. I have never felt so relaxed around any dentist, but Dr. Singh really made me happy with his kindness, demeanor and professionalism. All the staff are so wonderful and courteous. They made me feel at ease with the whole process and I only had a mild panic attack while getting impressions. For me, that's impressive.

The Office Manager is very Rude, she does not answer the phone and leaves the front desk vacant with computer showing clients personal info on screen while she can be heard laughing in the back with co-workers. This happened multiple times for 20+ minutes!
Even with 25% off, Aspen Dental is Far more Expensive than nearby competitors!

When I came in to zee about a broken tooth the receptionist was very informative on the steps I needed to take before they could see me. Two days later I was able to get looked at. The nurses, dental assistant and dentist was very polite, the financial assistance lady was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I was not able to get enough financial assistance to get what I needed to get fixed, fixed. But thats not their fault. I highly recommend this place and once I hit the lottery, I will then be able to get this painful tooth removed. I recommend yall visit Aspen Dental and let them put a smile on your face.

I’ve only been to my first appointment, but already I feel relieved and am happy with my choice. I was treated with dignity, respect and understanding from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained in detail and they make sure you are comfortable and have all your questions answered. I look forward to the journey I’m about to undertake and I’m confident that choosing Aspen was the right decision.

I’m now 2 appointments away from being able to smile with confidence again. It’s a great group of professionals and an extremely nice staff. Looking forward to the end result.

Right on time for hygienist, but didn’t want to hear that I need two crowns, which aren’t cheap, even with dental insurance. Ahh, the joys of getting older. NOT

I can say hands down this was the less stressful dentist visit I had in a long time and they seem to know and understand what they do. Hopefully this continues on.
The lady doing the x-rays was super kind as well as Dr. Singh and everyone else I worked with that day. Keep up the good work.

Very impressed with how friendly and professional the staff was. The office was exceptionally clean. Everything was explained from treatment to payment availability. I would recommend this office. Did not have to wait but a couple minutes if that. I had injured my mouth and worked in the next day.

Has been in excruciating pain for the past 3 weeks, they were able to get me in as a walk in today, immediately brought me back to X-ray me, determined it was a wisdom tooth fracture… and immediately brought me to the room to pull it for an absolutely affordable price. The dentist was SO nice and the staff was so friendly and so helpful. Thank you guys… so much!

I had the most extensive dental exam that I have ever had. Everyone that took care of my check up including the girls who did my X-rays and tooth scan, the hygienist, and the Dentist were so professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They all made me feel very comfortable and they were very gentle. I enjoyed being there- not the usual feeling going to a Dentist’s office. I feel everyone was very thorough and helpful to answer any questions I had. This is the first time since the pandemic started, that I had been to a Dentist, besides me being fairly new to the area, so I was not looking forward to going, but I was so pleasantly surprised. I actually got a first appointment quickly, also, within a week of me calling for an appointment. I had a female Dentist, I am sorry but I forgot her name, but she was great in every way. I am a RN, so I recognize professional, knowledgeable and courteous, great patient care. I just can’t say how impressed and pleased I am that I chose Aspen Dental to go to. I am looking forward to my cleaning appointment in two weeks. Thanks again.

This rating is only for the Aspen in Daphne, Alabama. I've been to another Aspen in Florida and it was awful. Tiara, Lauren and Dr Evans were amazing. They educated me on my teeth and put a plan in place that is good for me and my teeth. As most people, I hate the dentist but they made me feel comfortable. Very friendly.

A few weeks after this 5 star rating, I received a bill in the mail for $24. Not sure what it was for as I paid in full to the business manager before the cleaning was completed. That's how they do it there. Pay first and then the work is done. So sad and mad that they think they can add to my bill after it was paid in full. Shame on you Aspen Dental.
