Aspen Dental

Since moving across the country I had yet to have a professional, kind, caring and reassuring dental group. Aspen got me in the day I called. I was seen by a gentle, kind and well trained team. (While this may not matter to others I loved being cared for by an all female team in a state of the art, clean facility!) The level of care needed was extensive and most definitely needed given a new diagnosis connection to cardiac disease. The dentist understood her side of care and the medical side without explanation.) I will follow through with them and recommend them to anyone!!! Great addition to our community!

I spent 4,000 for them to correct an issue and it was never fixed and their explanation was well that service isn’t good at fixing that issue..I have no idea why they put me through the process of paying 4,000 just to tell me yea we can’t actually fix that. I wasted my money and time. GO TO A REAL DENTIST! don’t get Invisalign.

My experience was awesome! They gave me a appointment the same day. The staff was soooooo professional, and nice. And the dentist was a sweetheart. She was soooo professional, informative, and knowledgeable. I had a awesome experience. I will be coming back for all my dental need. Thanks

A family oriented business everyone from the reception desk to the back office were absolutely amazing. I have never felt so encouraged going to the dentist. Love filled caring dental office would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

My wife called this place. We needed a tooth extracted immediately because of days of horrible pain. The lady first said we’d come in a 5:00 today. She just called. Told my wife we’d have to have 2 appointments and it won’t be until next week. My wife asked if they did anyone with pain or any kind of emergency and she said ‘Never’. My wife explained the pain. The lady told her that she didn’t care and that they do not have anything to do with emergencies
Then told us to try somewhere else just before she hung up in my wife’s face. I’m going to tell the world about how much of a joke Aspen dental really is.

All I can say about this place is you better pray you don't have any kind of problems during your course of treatment. My son is having multiple issues including quite a bit of swelling and a dry socket which they absolutely have refused to treat! I understand the laws on giving pain meds are strict but when you have infection that is causing your eye to swell and the pain of a dry socket i consider it malpractice to not treat either! They told him he should still have one of the 6 Tylenol 3's they prescribed a month ago but if not take advil. I mean he is crying from the pain. I hope he doesn't have to go to the ER on Thanksgiving. Needless to says I definitely do not recommend the Aspen Dental in Daphne.

Very warm and inviting Dental Office in Daphne, AL. Professional staff and state of the art equipment/tools. This office follows COVID-19 cleaning measures and disinfects all surfaces between patients. I have no stress/anxiety when getting work done here and I’m extremely comfortable during my visits. Professional, polite, caring, and knowledgeable, Dr. Stephanie and the Hygienist, Lauren, go to great lengths to explain any and all procedures. Highly recommend this office.

Very expensive! The Daphne office manager is very unprofessional. My nose still hurts days after having an incisor worked on. I was told that it was normal. I’ve never had that problem before. I have many more reasons why I do not recommend this place.

My daughter has major anxiety and was extremely terrified about going to the dentist-to the point of not being able to eat for a few days prior to her visit. Everyone at Aspen Dental in Daphne, AL were absolutely wonderful with her and very understanding about her anxiety. They quickly put her at ease and now she’s excited about going back for treatment.
