I'm very unhappy with Aspen in Daphne! 19 extractions and wouldnt numb. Not with shots or nitrous, but was told, there was no infection. After no less than 4 visits for adjustments, they still dont fit. I asked them if they would remake them, cause I cant eat, or talk plain with them. They just sent another asst in to do adjustments and tell me, they cant trim anymore or theyll break. So, what to do for the next few months, but keep going back. Just ridiculous!

You all advertise . Free exam and xray for those that dont have insurance. We found out that was not true, told staff that i didn't have insurance and i was a veteran. Told me it be $94 for visit. Upon arrival asked staff about advertisements. Staff not very up front with cost other then i needed denture with cost being close to $2300.00 . Had to Pay $94 for a brief visit. Got to pharmacy the medicine ordered was to apply topically not orally glad my wifes a nurse very bad mistake.

One of the worst dental experiences in my life. I went to them initially to have an annual checkup and to have a chip/break in my front tooth repaire. The repair they made looked fine but only lasted less a few weeks. Then the dentist recommended that I get a crown. My tooth was prepared and they took molds of my teeth for the crown and supposedly did a color match (WRONG). When the tooth came back it was the wrong color. But the temporary tooth that was put on in it's place fell out the first day. No adhesive was applied. The doctor left before the temporary was placed in my mouth and the technician who put it in obviously used no glue. I did not go back for them to glue the temporary (my fault/busy schedule). I just persevered until the crown came in, When the first crown came in it was too long and the wrong color. So it had to be sent back for a color change and to be shorten. I received another temporary tooth. Well the doctor put on another temporary this time and he really glued it on. He glued it on with an adhesive that obviously was WRONG for a temporary because they could not easily remove it. The next dentist I saw had to drill the temporary tooth off. Then the second crown again was the wrong color (WRONG AGAIN!). Another temporary was made and put on. So now I am waiting for the crown (Third time) and hoping it is the right color. In the meantime the temporary I had fell off while I was eating a salad a few days ago and is broken and can no longer be used to hide the ugly tooth stub. I have this HIDEOUS gap and STUB of a tooth in the front of my mouth. I have had so much anxiety regarding this dental situation and no resolution in sight for a few more days. This is not a matter of insurance, nor a matter of money...I have both and have paid in full my co-pay for this procedure. It is a matter of good dental service of which I have yet to receive. After the first two disastrous appointments and having not received a crown that matches and is acceptable I am very disappointed and disgusted with ASPEN Dental.

Everyone was very nice. The office was very clean and updated. I didn't have to wait long at all. You know exactly what your insurance covers and how much you have to pay out of pocket, before any procedures are done.

It's too soon to rate the actual dental service, but if you provide your Email address, be prepared to be overwhelmed with messages. You will be Emailed an appointment confirmation, after the appointment, you will get 2-3 requests for a review & another appointment confirmation with a request for you to respond to confirm the appointment you just made. If you don't respond within a day, you will receive another Email that informs you that the appointment must be reconfirmed or you may lose your slot. Gee, I have nothing else to do but communicate with Aspen Dental.

I was treated like a friend and the hygienist was the best. The one had a family emergency and the other stepped in quickly to make sure I didn't have to wait. Very friendly and professional. I enjoy my visits rather than dred them. Highly recommend.
