Complete Dental Decatur

When I arrived there for my appointment I gave them all my insurance information. It wasn't until I was leaving that they informed me that my insurance wasn't going to cover as much as previously expected. They take X-rays and talk to me then tell me it's going to be upwards of $9,000 WITH insurance for dentures. I obviously can't afford as not many people could. I tell them I'm gonna have to start saving and come back later. So I pay my bill and am sent on my way with a week worth of antibiotics. A few months later my teeth start hurting me again. So I called to try and get my antibiotics refilled. Nope. I instead was told that I'm gonna have to get another x-ray of my teeth in order to get antibiotics. This place is ridiculous. I've already done everything necessary in order to be treated. They're just after my money and it's sorry that the world is like this now. Whatever happened to doctors and dentist and their oath meaning anything. I'm simply a person just trying to get help and the services they are recommending are ones that have already paid for and are saying I need to pay again?

If you have any fear of dentist, this is the place to go to permanently eradicate your fears! Dr. Ashley is truly amazing. She is so gentle, considerate and concerned about the patients comfort level. It's obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. Cassie is amazing as well and also very kind and considerate. The glamorous Hollywood starlet receptionist is always pleasant and personable. The facility is super clean and comforting. THIS is how a doctor visit experience should always be! I'll be a patient here for life!

I here so much about that dentist office. So I decided to give them a try. And I just love them. They made me feel very comfortable with them. And they were very nice to me. They all called and checked on after my visit with them. And to Dr. Nemec and her staff thank you all for everything. Thank you Jackie

Everyone in the dental practice is amazing!
I am and always have been horrified of the dentist but everyone is kind, patient and gentle. They address your fears and put your mind at ease.

I had a dental emergency and the folks at the Decatur office got me in right away and took care of me. They were extremely nice and professional. I will definitely be going there from now on for my dental care. Five stars from me!

I just tried to make an appointment as a new patient over the phone. The person I was speaking to was not pleasant. She kept interrupting me and then some. I ended up telling her to just cancel it and her response was “well it hasn’t even been made”. I wanted to go to this place because they did have good reviews. However, the phone call I just had with the lady is the reason I will not be going.

I have been using Complete Dental in Decatur now for the past year. The staff are all so friendly and they make you feel at ease in having dental work done! The staff there are excellent in every way!! I would give them an A+++!!!

This was probably the best experience I have had. I have a hugh fear of the dentist and they were open and honest with me about everything. I always felt like my teeth were in terrible shape by what other dentist have said and apparently that is not the case! No matter the cost I plan to keep them as my primary dentist.

Just went back for my first cleaning and it was wonderful!!! I can't say I will stop having anxiety about the dentist but they just make me feel better!!!

This was my second visit, they were pleasant friendly, attentive, I had the same dentist so sweet and kind. Will be staying with them for the flexibility and updated facility. And customer service..

amazing dentist!! everyone was so friendly and over the top helpful. i’ve had so much anxiety for the last year about having my bridge replaced and they eased my mind and gave me hope!! they went out of their way to help me save money where i could and i couldn’t be more grateful. thank you Complete Dental Decatur!!
