Aspen Dental

The entire staff at this location is awesome. They made me feel so comfortable and they were extremely helpful. We laughed so hard together, I will be recommending everyone I know to go to this particular Aspen Dental.

I called yesterday to make myself an appointment for severe pain swelling and bleeding she even asked if i was experiencing any of the three I said yes all. She said well i can get you in tomorrow morning then proceeds to ask if I have any children trying to set up an appointment for my child who was not mentioned she has a dentist..and sees them regularly... So I suck it up go to work come home toss and turn all night because im in so much pain cant wait to wake up and go to the dentist for some relief its SATURDAY

Both the receptionist and dental hygienist are unprofessional and rude. Their only concern is how much money the squeeze out of you, even with insurance. Find another dentist if you want quality service and people who actually care.

My appointment was for 11am, and after waiting patiently and being told just to wait ten more minutes and I would be seen I finally had to leave at 1pm still being told they couldn't see me until 3pm. (Meanwhile others were signing in and being seen and getting to leave and go about their lives).
I rescheduled for the next day at 9:30am and I was seen shortly after 9:35, the staff was very kind and sweet, but after my appointment they told me to go wait in the waiting room and I waited for about 40 minutes before telling them I had to leave or I would be late for my job. They said that was fine and they would call me about the info they needed later. But instead they claimed that I never showed up for my appointment. I was very frustrated with my experience. If your staff is too busy than PLEASE COMMUNICATE this with your patients. We can't just spend all day in your waiting room with no explanation.

I am very dissatisfied with the entire business. I drove all the way from Atlanta to find out they had cancelled my appointment. I requested a refund for the service they did not provide, I was lied to and told that the services were cancelled and my money would be put bk on to my card. When I called today the services were still active and a request for my refund was never sent. I will NEVER use this office or dental chain again.

My mother got her entire top row of teeth pulled here. Experience was entirely rushed, didn't stitch her gums, and her plate is just terrible! (The teeth are off, the material used for the base is super thin to where you can see the teeth from inside, and there's some weird stuff on the teeth. She asked for fang teeth, only got a long and flat fang on one side and a small pushed back fang on the other, etc.) The doctors didn't even give her time to put on some music! Mother said the sound of her teeth being pulled is horrible! And another thing, they knew she had an abscess. They even injected into it, yet they didnt give her ANY antibiotics, causing her mouth to get infected. Wouldnt recommend this place at all! Very terrible experience on my mother's part!

Won't be back. First dental group I've been to that charges you before even walking in the door. Staff was friendly but not very professional. Treatment room was cluttered with empty boxes and unsecured air tanks. It seemed like the Great Clips of dental groups. Dental hygienist did seem concerned for patient care and was very helpful.

Terrible experience, they say one thing when you walk in and charge something totally different after the visit. They won’t let you know what’s cover and what’s not, and they will push and add, all kind of stuff they can in the first visit so you end up paying more than you supposed to. A basic 15 minute cleaning for a child end up in a bill of almost 400 dollars. If you are active duty, guard or reserve Stay away from this place, unless you enjoy getting squeezed.

Great staff and awesome Customer service. They truly know how to cater to cowards, of which I am THE BIGGEST! I will go nowhere else, after my experience with this particular office. The doctor made pulling all of my upper teeth a cake walk. I had no clue it would be that painless, including the shots, especially to my palate.
