The day of her extraction nurse LeAnn along with Dr. Lewis made her feel comfortable. Dr. Lewis sets high standards and/or is the most professional dentist I have met. Do not waste your time! I made an appointment 3 weeks ago and I have called twice within the last week or two regarding questions about my appointment. My questions were answered; however when I arrived at the office for my appointment today (after driving over an hour) the lady says “your appointment must have been canceled or never made”. If I never had an appointment, why would I call 2 different times asking questions? I called once to reschedule but I couldn’t so I kept my original appointment for 10/4/18. I called yesterday to discuss payment plans. So if I didn’t have an appointment dont you think she would have said? The woman I spoke to today said they call the day before to confirm appointments. Guess who didn’t get a confirmation call? Me. Also, I didn’t cancel my appointment because I would not have wasted the money I barely have to go to the appointment. Sounds like Aspen Dental needs to get their end together. I am a full time college student with 3 infected molars so I took advantage of the free first exam and X-ray for new patients. They must not like doing free work because I had an appointment until I got there!!!! This place is a joke and I should have listened to the negative reviews but I was giving them a chance!! Lesson learned.

The staff at Aspen Dental is very friendly. When you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile. The nurses, hygienist, and dentist all made me feel welcome and treated me with respect. I highly recommend them.

They do all kinds of work and tell everyone the same thing. They love to get you apply for a credit so that they can max it out. And a lot of the work is unnecessary. I called right away to cancel everything even the credit and they did not.

I made my daughter an appointment over the phone, and was quoted one price got there and was quoted a totally different outrageous price for a cleaning!!! Waste of time and gas!!! Would not recommend and the one star is hella generous!
