If i could leave 0 stars i would. This place literally does not have their stuff in order, they over charge you and then charge you again for the same thing you paid for. They are so rude and have zero hospitality towards the paying patients. They are disorganized and my experience was absolutely terrible. I went to the one in enterprise, and they are a totally different breed than the one in dothan. I will contine going all the way to enterprise for my care. I'm a patient thats paying my hard earned money to be cared for not talked to and treated like a piece of trash.

This place is horrible! No sympathy! Dont come to get uour teeth pulled here. They’ll have you awake and give you big shots through the roof of your mouth. They dont care how rough they are. Dont come here. Unless you want to be traumatized!

I had a referral from another dentist to see an endodontist, the one I was referred to doesn't take my insurance so I went online to find one who does. Called Aspen, they told me yes we do have an endodontist but you have to come in for comprehensive exam since they don't take outside referrals. My appointment was at 9.30, after an hour and a half I came out with a referral to THE SAME ENDODONTIST I already was scheduled to see. How do you not take outside referrals but reffer me to the same endodontist??? When I asked about their own, the front office representative said "yes we do have one but he only comes from time to time and he won't be back till February". Needless to say 2 hours wasted and I owe them money for the fancy screening they did! I was also told I needed a periodontal cleaning, but it was not the issue I came to see them for, the cleaning was going to be $228, so thanks but no thanks!

beware! $1190 for a one hour deep teeth cleaning..after they hook you in for free exam, they stick it to you.. also the open room setup is not good.. makes it alot harder to endure any pain or discomfort..
