In today's pandemic it's so important to follow the governments regulations regarding safety for all. I was not satisfied with the social distances that were not available. The waiting room was to crowded with standing room only or the option of waiting outside and the mask requirement was not enforced for adults or children in the waiting room. This was disappointing for an organization like Aspen Dental.
However, I have to say my dental hygienist was great. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. Taking the time to explain services and give helpful suggestions. Most of all taking safety guidelines to heart and providing safe effective services. đź‘Ś

Most of the staff were very nice and professional. The hygienist and the dentist were very rude. I went in shaking from pain from a broken tooth and he said I had to see an oral surgeon. They knew I was in terrible pain but did not offer to call the surgeon to help me get in as soon as possible. They said I would have to call because they were busy. Really?? Please don’t reply that you’re sorry. That doesn’t help my pain at all.

Terrible experience Dothan Alabama office. I would not recommend. Went in with a clear dental plan of approximately $3900. (Which was provided by Aspen in May of this year) Paid $701 upfront. I ended up getting a refund and leaving because of Felicia and her attitude. Felicia informed me that there seem to be confusion on my part. No, I was well aware of my dental plan, no confusion on my part. She must have attacked the wrong patient. She has no manners or tact. Complete show of ignorance to have any manager position. Maybe she would be better suited with garbage detail. Everyone was great, except for, the so called manager Felicia and she made a complete confused mess out of my dental plan. She was rude, would not listen, and assumed she would make decision for me. She has no professionalism whatsoever. And the Dr. had the personality of an arrogant, unfriendly, too good to answer questions, SPOILED BRAT.

I have to say I can't stand to go to the dentist. My daughter told me to try Aspen. I'm very happy I tried Aspen. The staff made me feel right at home. The Doctors make sure they explain everything and most of all they make sure you don't hurt. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Kali you don't know how much I appreciate you making sure everything is done to give me the best smile in 60 years

Could not have had a better experience in my life, everyone was super nice, my teeth always bothered me with the plaque build up I had, they removed it all fast and painless. I 100% recommend Aspen.

I enjoyed the professionalism and friendliness of most of the company. On the other hand, I did not enjoy the nonchalant dentist or the prices! I tried to explain to him what my issue was but he stated he did not see that and did not look again. I went to another dentist and after a second look he saw exactly what I knew was there all along. Then, what would have been the price of a fairly new car, for what I was quoted, at Aspen Dental cost me less than half of what they wanted to charge me. Do yourself a favor and go to your local dentist office! You’ll be sure to find a dentist who really cares and listens for a fraction of the cost!

Aspen Dental has the best and sweetest staff! I recommend them to all my friends, family, and coworkers. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure patients' needs are met and to provide the friendliest service. I won't go to anyone else for my dental needs as long as I'm here in Dothan. ^_^ Thanks Aspen Dental staff for all you do and for providing a welcoming, comfortable experience each time. <3 ^_^
