They are super nice and were very accommodating with our insurance and in making appointments. I have seen them on several occasions and have had nothing to complain about. I actually switched to them from my previous regular dentist after a referral because the dentist, hygienists and secratary.

I took my child, age 5, to get his teeth cleaned. Two weeks later I noticed it looked like his back molar was black and broke. I called them up and they gave me a referral to a specialist. The specialist said that the tooth wasn't broken, it was just a really bad cavity. In fact, my son had 5 cavities and the specialist told me never go back to Fresh Wave Dental, because all five of these would have been seen if the dentist actually did his job.

I've never liked going to the dentist. I refer to myself as a dental phobic, but Dr. Nichols made me feel so comfortable and actually had me laughing while I was getting my filings done. Recommend to anyone and everyone!

They make two appointments for some reason. So we were confused on our time to come. Also, they wouldn't let my husband go back with my daughter, as we have EVERY TIME we have been there. They were snotty acting about it

They were able to fit me in the next day. They're cheaper than every other dentist's price by half and can perform deep cleanings on site instead of sending you off the premises.
