This is a wonderful dental office!! All were kind and professional, including the very kind and knowledgeable receptionist/scheduler, wonderful hygienist Emily, very professional and kind Dr Roach, as well as the payment and insurance processor. I’ve been a patient for a couple of years. Each and every visit has been amazing, so the bar is set very high. Well, they outdid themselves this week. I have a very serious kidney issue and awaiting surgery at almost any moment. During the wait, I had a root canal go bad after 45 years.
Dr Dixon and team went above anything I could have ever imagined. Not only did they make some huge promises, but over delivered on them as well. Dr Dixon told me to give him 24 hours and he would get back to me. I actually received a call from the best oral surgeon in town the next morning. This is the same oral surgeon that would normally take at least a month or two to get on the calendar. I saw Dr Dixon on Wednesday. The oral surgeon Thursday (today) and having oral surgery on Friday. Three days!!
A HUGE shout out to Dr Dixon and his team. The last couple of months have been extremely difficult. I knew what was happening with the root canal and the associated anxiety of figuring out what the heck do I do hard to breathe. Dr Dixon’s actions left me feeling like - I’m in great hands!!
