This office is great. Most gentle office I've ever been to. Had a cleaning done by Becky and she was very sweet. Only negative thing I have to say about the practice is having to wait for quite a while even after being brought back. Be prepared for at least a 2 hour visit each time. Still worth it because they have appointments at 5pm, so I'm not missing work.

Last week my crown came off. I called to get an appointment in Bay Minette for Friday. The doctor wasn’t going to be in so I asked to go to another location. The Fairhope location had a opening. I arrived was screened for Covid-19 and welcomed in. They take all the precautions during the pandemic which made me comfortable. All of the staff and dentist were friendly and professional. I told them I had a funeral in Atlanta the next day. They expressed their sympathy and got me out of there in no time. I was very satisfied!

Northcutt Dental practice is the best. It is a very relaxing environment, i enjoy that the dentist lets me listen to my I pod during my appointments, and they have appointments later in the day that work with my schedule. The staff is very friendly and they make sure that I am comfortable during my appointment.
