Dr Upton is an absolute sweetheart, she is very professional and careful. I also had a wonderful cleaning experience with the dental assistant Becky. She is a joy to be around and my teeth feel as clean as a whistle.

They were extremely nice and made me aware of the prices and the procedures they suggested. The dr. was amazing, but when I asked for gas because I was terrified of the dentist I thought it would knock ms out but it didnt. I was awake for everything.

Customer service. From the minute I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. The dental assistant and The Dr. was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. Payment and explanation of the cost of the next visit was also very clear and they answered all my questions.

This place was a god send during the pandemic most dentist are closed and I had the most horrible toothache I called them and they got me an appointment in just a couple hours pulled 3 of my teeth I don't have insurance and the doctor gave me a great deal. They were all very nice CURTEOUS and professional I highly recommend this dentist office

I went to your home wood location. I can't remember the guys name but he was in such a rush to get out that he didn't even care that I was shaking in fear and crying. He couldn't numb my tooth (not his fault) so he sent me home with antibiotics and a 6 pain pills to last me four days. BC I couldn't go to dentist till i was off again! Also he couldn't even give me the gas and insisted we continue anyways! Now two days late I'm in so much pain all BC he didn't care for me properly. I'll never go back!

Worst 1st experience...the X-ray machine did not work and the tech continued to try to take an x Ray on the side of my mouth that hurt the worst...saying “I know it hurts but let’s try just 1 more time” I was truly enduring pain and holding back tears as she continued to “try” to get an x ray...in the actual room the dr began to look around in my mouth while yelling out which codes to put in the computer. The assistant or tech or who ever she was did not know how to code properly so the dentist kept stopping to show her how to put things in the computer...my trust began to fade away for the dentists and team that would be performing the work on my teeth. I even asked the dentist how long have they been opened bc it seemed as though they literally opened the doors of the building today...very chaotic and out of order. It really just ran like a circus. Overall horrible experience so I left.
