Don't get fillings here. They recommended that I get a couple of my teeth filled, but after I did, my teeth experienced constant pain I did not have before. I went back a couple of times and the doctor was nice enough to realign the fillings. It eased the pain a little but did not get rid of it. The final time I went back, they backtracked and told me the pain was not from the fillings even though the pain started right after I got them.

I was having acute dental pain and wondering where I could go to be evaluated on a Friday without an appointment. I called Family Care Dental in Hoover and was able to be seen within an hour! I was pleased with the registration process, receptionist staff and the dentist! If you have dental care needs, I highly recommend this dental office!

The best Dentist I’ve ever had. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable. I went in for an emergency extraction. Once the Dentist numbed me up, I felt absolutely no pain at all. I had a tooth removed from UAB Dentistry and it was the worst. So the experience I had with Family Care was a well welcomed one. They are awesome! I will be continuing my journey with them and will absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Very clean facility, and EXCELLENT staff! Good dental practices are utilized here, and every effort is made to keep you comfortable. I received a full explanation of my procedure and healing process, the staff worked quickly but gently in completing the procedure, and proper pain management was provided. My dental insurance did not yet cover this procedure and I had to pay out of pocket, but I consider the fee to be fair and actually affordable. The staff is personable and engaged, which helps quell the anxiety many people experience when visiting the dentist. This is my 2nd procedure here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, even if the cost was less! A family

I gave 4 stars because I wasn't physically there. But My Mother took My Children for their 6 month cleaning and was impressed by how this office displayed quick but quality service. I think Our teeth have found a new home. If this changes I will be sure to RE-review the experience.

The best cleaning and education I have ever had. Left with preventive prescription mouthwash. I so highly recommend this place and I absolutely love the hygienist she was a bowl of information that I have never been told. I loves my follow-up cleaning because they hygienist looked at my teeth and was very surprised and proud; that I followed their instructions. I am sold on this practice state of the art

First time appointment. Far exceeded my expectations. Staff was extremely nice. The dentist was caring and thorough. I chipped my front tooth & now, after the work she did, I can’t even tell. I’ve been smiling all day! Will be back in 2 weeks to repair some old fillings. Highly recommend this dental office!!!

Love the staff! They are all very sweet and pleasant. I have been here myself for a root canal. I came in with major pain, and the dentist was awesome at helping relieve the pain and setting me an appointment asap. And now I bring my two younger children who love it! Highly recommend for anyone.

This is the best Family Care Dental Center ever. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain to me about what procedures needed to be done. No wait time, as soon as I gotten there, they taken me straight to the exam room. Very clean facility. Very diverse and pay good attention to their clients. I rate them 5 stars.
