The lady dentist is awesome and the dental hygienist. Great atmosphere some of the front people need to work on being more polite and using English when dealing with patients. Can’t wait to see y’all again😁

Came to get a Covid test. Google reported site to be open. Building is dark. Parking lot empty. Called 3 times but answering machine says “ we are busy helping other patients please leave a message. “ no further instructions given.

I am 44, I've been going to the same dentist since I was 10, although I've lived in different parts of the world and country I would always schedule cleanings, etc during my visit home.....now I'm back permanently but I lived 2 hours away so it was important for me to find a new dentist and hygienist locally. Family Care Dental is the place! The entire staff is polite snd professional. I so happy I've found a dentist close to home.

Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning with this dental office. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Did not want to answer any of my questions about my coverage with their services. People. They are not interested in serving people who look like me. Will recommend or send anyone to any of their locations EVER! Horrible customer service!

I saw the good rating online and decided to make a appointment took a trip to the clinic due to a chipped tooth. The customer service was great when I was there. They got me in and out . The numbing medication wore off quickly as I was driving home. I stopped to get the medication and I had another’s persons medication paper. In pain crying in Publix’s pharmacy the clerk told me to call and they will handle it , well I called and called no one answered. Online it says they closed at 6pm but I’m guessing they saw the same number calling and turned the phone off. I left multiple voicemails before it was even close to 6. Well no antibiotics for me just my own over the counter medication and ice pack. I really wanted them to be my new dentist, but them turning the phone off made me have a change of mind. Think twice before going there for dental work. I understand everyone human and make mistakes it’s just the turning the phone off for me after spending $300 out of pocket just for a evening of pain .HIPPA LAW. I HAVE ANOTHERS PERSON INFORMATION AND SOMEONE HAS MINES THATS NOT OK. PHONE NUMBER . Address just unacceptable.

They got me right in & out! My wisdom teeth came in at the bottom hurting really bad I came in and she pulled it same day ! I was in pain but now it is worth the pain the tooth is gone and I willbe back up and running in couple of days
