Our whole family loves Dr. Pugh and his staff, they're all so pleasant people and very knowledgeable. I honestly feel at home during visits, we've all come to know each other so well. They're very attentive and listen to any concerns. I love that unlike some dentists I've had in the past, Dr. Pugh and his staff don't try to "push" unnecessary treatments/procedures on their patients. If they do feel like a procedure should be done, they're very open and informative and give plenty of room for you to decide how you'd like to proceed. My 12 year old ASD son is also a patient with them and they treat him very well and he has never had any issues due to sensory issues and they're super patient with the thousands of questions he manages to ask every visit!
