The staff here are very friendly & genuine. They took their time explaining everything to me. I have dental anxiety & I’m always a little embarrassed going to the dentist because I know I’ll likely have a lot of issues that need to be corrected…the staff here made sure I felt comfortable. 10/10 so far to the team & the environment/cleanliness of the building. Everyone was great thus far! 😊

The best dental care I have ever experienced! The staff was very professional and friendly. I chipped my front teeth and was able to get them fixed the very next morning! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Wonderful experience! I detest going to the dentist due to some bad experiences in the past. This time i had to have a root canal and a crown. These folks did everything they could to ensure that I experienced as little anxiety as possible! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Everyone from the front desk to AJ, Becca, and Pam were very professional and made you feel at ease.
One thing I noticed on my first vist is how respectful everyone is within the team and to the patients. So refreshing! AJ is a wonderful dentist and is constantly asking how me if I'm doing alright.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is so personal and friendly - feels like a trusted family. They do NOT recommend unnecessary procedures, and will tell you why. Plus, they take most all insurances. We have used them for over 8 years and could not be more pleased. Look no further. Balmoral will make you feel at ease and handle your routine care or serious issues with the utmost attention, like your problems are their very own.

This was my first visit to Balmoral Dental (7/2/21). I have never had as thorough a cleaning as I did on this visit. Gwen was spectacular. State-of-the-art equipment and a lovely, professional atmosphere. I have severe anxiety due to traumatic experiences as a child in the dentist’s chair and both Gwen and Dr AJ were empathetic and understanding of this. Due to caregiver/COVID hiccups, I had no choice but to bring my 2-yr old granddaughter and did not feel one bit of resentment from any of the staff members. Quite the contrary. I really, really like this dental practice!

I will admit that going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but it certainly helps when the Dentist and staff create a welcoming atmosphere.
There’s a warm hello from Pam as I am seated. Shortly there is Bec(my hygienist) escorting me to the exam area. She quickly gives me an overview of what to expect . Before I know it she’s completed her work and Dr AJ is there explaining next steps. No anxiety, no judgement, helpful advice.
