Well the Dental Professionals on Whitesburg have changed that for me: first it is the atmosphere, the pleasing decor and then the so very pleasant ladies that greet you.! They make you feel welcome and put you at ease. When a lady came to get me, I was pretty nervous, never had many problems with my teeth but who would know what is in store for me. Surprise: a lovely room, with a nice view (not a bare wall to look at) and now the wonderful treatments started, first you get a WARM neckroll wihich is heavenly.and on top of that, they bundle you up with a lovely blanket, The whole time while this is going on, pleasant little chatter goes on and by that time you are ready for the doctor to see you. The most amazing thing for me was getting the numbing shot in the jaw. I have always dreaded it, the shot hurt more then anything else. Well, let me assure you, you absolutely will not feel a thing!! I was still in anticipation waiting for the shot, when the doctor said, oh we are done! I was not able to fall of the chair, but I sure felt like it. I was so relieved. - Now I am looking forward to seeing all the ladies, who have become dear friends, and the fear of the dentist is in the past! Everyone should go and just give them a try, I promise you, you will come back! You will fall in love with them just like i did.

Although I’ve been a customer of the Dental Professionals fsince the 1980s, this was the first time I was sore for 24 hours after a routine cleaning. It was the third appointment in a row where I had to wait 30 minutes for the scheduled appointment. Not up to their usual high standards.
