The staff at Dental Professionals are superb! My family has gone to their office since they opened in 1984, and I cannot say anything negative about the staff and the excellent care they have provided all these years. Since Dr. Hilda Lee's retirement, Dr. Bruce and Dr. Wentzell have been extremely professional, and our family has been overly satisfied with the care they have given us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great dental care!

Love, love, love these people. As I relax with my warm neck pillow and blanket these amazing folks do the best work ever. I have had some extensive work done all pain free. The staff is so caring it's like visiting old friends. By the way, appointment times are always met. Never a wait!

I had an accident on 5/20/18 that resulted in two broken crowns, one of which was on an implant in the front of my mouth. I hadn't seen Dr. Bruce in several years, since we now live in Tennessee; however, she has done a "mouthful" of crowns in years past and does such excellent work that I once flew from our other home in Montana so she could replace a crown, broken in a skiing accident.
I called Dental Professionals and left a "please help" message and was called back as soon as the office opened today. Were I a cherished family member, I could not have gotten more sympathy, empathy, and prompt help. I prayed that somebody would cancel an appointment for today....and that happened. Dr. Bruce was able to replace the porcelain crowns on both the front and back molar. Everybody did their best to keep me comfortable....warmed blankets and pillows---during the procedure and my temporary crowns are beautiful....as I knew they would be.
My family and I are truly blessed to have this resource. There are no descriptive adjectives to adequately describe the excellent care I have always gotten from Dr. Bruce and the caring team at Dental Professionals! No matter the need, you will find the solution a phone call away! If "you" need implants, Dr. Douglas Hammond, also in Huntsville, is excellent and I highly recommend him.

I'm one of those guys. I haven't been to the dentist in a long, long time. I finally convinced myself that I needed to go. I went in full of trepidation, I don't like going to the dentist (sounds better than admitting to being afraid of it). Just stepping through the door, the decor of the place put me at ease. This did not look like a typical dentist office. It wasn't sterile and cold looking. It looked like a really nice greeting room in a mansion. The receptionist was incredibly nice. It helped to ease my discomfort right off the bat. The oral hygienist went way out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and asked me how I was doing so many times (I probably had a serious white knuckle grip on the arm rest (not from what she was doing, but from my own fears). Overall, it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I've already scheduled my next appointment. This team is purely professional, but so personable, that it made me feel at ease. 5/5 for sure.

What a happy surprise our first visit was. Clearly, the staff knows how to treat their patients with empathy, skill and friendliness. On the downside, after the consult, and the bill, we were told our insurance (Blue Cross) was not recognized by Dental Professionals. Wish we were told in advance. Didn't even get our "free" tooth cleaning. Had to have a separate appointment for that.
