I was nervous and not sure what to expect when I made my appointment at Dentistry Downtown in Huntsville. Especially since my last dental cleaning was over 10 years ago. The minute I met my hygienist Madisyn, my nerves were at ease. She gave me a tour of the office and the amenities they provide, such as the beverage/ snack station, massage chairs, and headphones. They even offer Nitrous Oxide and Sedation Dentistry if needed. Madisyn took the time to get to know me before completing my x-rays and teeth cleaning. Then Dr. Howell evaluated my teeth and explained what my next steps to preserve them would be. The whole experience made me feel more like a VIP than a patient and I am grateful.
