I love the kindness and the atmosphere of this place. After a brief hiatus due to Covid, it was nice to return. His staff is amazing! Dr. Shedd eased my mind and answered some very important questions regarding my health. He also offered a game plan to help keep my teeth healthy and strong while battling my issues. Highly recommend this dentist.

I really enjoyed my visit today. My hygienist Jessica was very attentive. She always takes her time and clean ALL … each and every tooth! 😁😁I didn’t want to eat afterwards because they felt so clean😂😂. The staff is great. I highly recommend this dental office! I usually hate going to the dentist but this staff is great from the front desk to the back!!

So frustrated!!! In May I made the decision to get dentures since my teeth were so bad. From day one they have not fit me AT ALL!! I have called, had visits just to be told I would probably need a new pair. But they could do a hard re-aline after 6 months. So I called Shedd Dental to set up my appointment.....these people actually wanted $900 more dollars. I will be damned if I give them another dollar of my money. I explained that my teeth have never fit....hell I can't eat a chicken sandwich, or a fully loaded hamburger...I don't even wear them unless I am leaving my house because they don't fit.

Very friendly, genuine and honest ….all of the staff. I haven’t had any work done yet, just a regular visit. Doctor Shedd answered all of my questions and concerns.

I just moved to Huntsville and I needed to see a Dentist for a gum issue I had questions about as well as get established with a great dentist here for regular cleanings. I messaged them and they got right back to me. They were able to get me an appointment the following day. They were so great and were able to handle all my insurance information before showing up to the appointment. When I arrived they followed all covid precautions and I felt very safe. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff was so nice and worked quickly. They answered my questions, and did a great cleaning. The office is extremely clean and very comfortable. I left feeling super great and so happy with my experience. I even went home and told my husband to schedule an appointment for himself and that I want to use them for any dentist needs we have.

I met Dr Shedd during the course of my duties at work and I was immediately impressed with his personality. When I found out he was a dentist, I made an appointment for myself as well as my daughter. His office was clean and very nice. The staff was great! Everyone was friendly, competent and easy to work with. This was easily the best dental appointment of my life. I will be back. Thank you for everything.

My husband and I were new patients at Shedd Family Dentistry on yesterday. I must say the experience was nothing short of amazing. We were greeted warmly. Every one was pleasant and nice. And, Dr Shedd is Great!! He listened to our needs and reciprocated accordingly. I feel we have found our forever dentist.

Everyone at Shedd Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is kind and welcoming. They take their time with cleanings, are gentle, and caring. Growing up, I hated my dentist experiences, but now I leave happy, calm, and with sparkling teeth. Thank you Dr. Shedd and team!
