I needed emergent care. I had an abscess and a cracked molar that needed to be extracted . I was so worried about the infection as my face was swelling .
We couldnât find an oral surgeon to see me immediately, so I found Shedd Family & Cosmetic Dentistry online , called them , and they took me in the very next day . I was so happy Dr. Shedd was able to remove this tooth in his office!!
I feel so relieved . Also, all of his staff members were very engaging and genuinely kind and caring. It was a calm, seamless, professional process . I am most grateful.

Start to finish, I was pleased with my initial visit yesterday. Started online with an appointment request; Sandra at the front desk called me the next morning and found an appointment for me quickly on the phone. Good procedures in place to minimize exposure to viruses, bacteria, etc. as well as to other patients.
Barbara, dental hygienist, was more thorough than any other I've experienced. Barbara and Dr. Shedd were both personable, unhurried, and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. While I haven't yet had any more-complex procedures there, I have scheduled several and expect more of the same level of professionalism.
