I had a wonderful experience at Twickenham with Dr. Cook and his staff. They were all so friendly and patient, whether on the phone or in person. Each person I interacted with made sure I was comfortable and calm, and they explained everything and made sure I understood. My experience with Twickenham Family Dentistry has been great. After having wore braces for years, taking care of your teeth is very important. Dr Cook is the best dentist I’ve known. He really cares about each patient and provides a clean and healthy environment for his patients. Cindy does a wonderful job cleaning and helping keep my teeth healthy. I would like to say “sorry” to Lindsey. You are a great person and I’m sorry for the way I treated you.
Now, to Dr. Cook and his staff. These fine folks took me in and actually listened to me and what I wanted. We were in the same page from day one. I would recommend this Doctor and his staff to anyone needing dental work! Hands DOWN!! There has been full transparency throughout every visit! The best Christmas present I could ever give myself, a smile full of teeth and I owe that to Dr. Cook and his staff! Thank you guys for understanding what I needed and what I could afford and helping me achieve my dental goals!

Choosing Twickenham Family Denistry was the best decision ever, the staff is amazing from Dr.Cook down to the receptionist area. (I'm a talker and they talk back)😁 After years of no dental insurance my teeth needed lots of TLC and boy did they get it. I've been going to Dr. Cook for a year and I've gotten a deep cleaning with follow ups every 3 months, 6 fillings, an extraction, and a temporary tooth. I'm very pleased with the work I've received and will be going to him until I lose all my teeth and then I will go to him to take care of my gums😁

I am always very nervous and anxious when I have to go to the dentist, and always feel ridiculous for being that way. I can honestly say, this was the best dental experience I have ever had and I was so impressed with how kind and genuine Cindy, the hygienist who took care of me, and Dr. Cook were. It was that way the entire time I was there, and I was able to calm down and feel more comfortable and not scared. The office staff was so helpful, and like I said before, their genuineness, authenticity and the way they took the time to explain and truly give me the best options were very impressive. I will definitely be coming back and excited for the rest of my family.
