I started with Dr Cook 3 years ago. I have a terrible fear of the dentist. I mean the kind of paralyzing, crying kind of fear. My mom was a dental assistant when I was a kid and she was always with me. As an adult she still went with me. When she passed away I just didn’t go back..

I had an issue and found Dr Cooks office. I shared my fear and they put me at ease. They didn’t make me feel childish or crazy. He is amazing. He takes his time to relax you with his sense of humor and he is gentle. Another thing that may not matter to you but it did to me, he has a strong faith. You can feel that being around him. I feel I could go to anyone in that office with a fear or concern and they would talk me thru it. Or even pray thru it if that is what was needed.

While this is his practice it’s a team effort. He has the best staff. Everyone in the office is there working together. They feel like a family and make you apart of that.

An example... While in the office I got a call that a family member had passed, one of the ladies sent a sympathy card. Another time after some serious dental work they called on a weekend just to check on me.

You can not go wrong by choosing Dr Cook and his staff...

I've enjoyed being under the care of Dr. Cook since he took over for my previous dentist, Dr. Crim. Dr. Cook is extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. His staff is professional and make you feel comfortable during your visit. I highly recommend his services.

Dr. Cook is the man, not to mention an excellent dentist. Very affable personality and has an uncanny memory...picking up a conversation you might've started with him six months ago. I also had a billing dispute due to getting bad info from my insurance company. Dr. Cook and his staff worked with me and were very professional throughout. Cindy is the best hygienist EVER! She is so gentle and kind. My teeth and jaws never hurt after a cleaning. I even followed her from dentist to dentist! Who would have ever dreamed visiting the dentist could actually be a pleasure?

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The best dental practice out of ALL the cities I've lived in. Knowledgeable professionals, state-of-the-art equipment and practices, and an organized and pleasant staff. I have several dental issues they are treating -- fillings, crowns, periodontal. Even have options I didn't know were available to treat clinching my teeth at night. Be sure to read what services they offer on their website bc I was pleasantly surprised!

I'm considering having them do dental implants to replace a bridge that wasn't the best work by another dentist where I formerly lived. Whatever your dental needs are, I'm confident you will be in good hands.

Can't say enough good things about the people providing my treatment -- Dr Waite and hygenist Cindy Smith. Office staff Terry Fotovich and Stephanie Engle are very helpful. My daughter sees Dr Cook and is equally pleased.

I had a little trouble finding the office. Their office at 604 Davis Cir SW is one of the three buildings right *before* the big parking garage (if you're headed east I think?). When I called to say I was lost, Stephanie immediately texted their exact location marker on Google maps. After that, it was a piece of cake.

I was having issues when a friend referred me to Dr. Cook, and I'm so thankful. After a thorough dental exam, he identified the problems and came up with a plan to address the issues. Cindy is an amazing hygienist. Her gentle touch and genuine concern for my well being have been a blessing. (Not to mention she has been a great cheerleader through this process!) The office staff is always super helpful and friendly. In fact, I've never met anyone at this group who was not happy. I highly recommend Twickenham Family Dentistry!

Love Dr. Cook and his entire staff. I had a tooth break on a weekend and called to just leave a message for Monday morning. I was surprised that someone answered on a Sunday and went ahead and made me an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I would highly recommend Twickenham Family Dentistry.

Had regular cleaning and checkup this past week. Cindy did a superb job.

Have been a patient at TFD for many years, and always received superb treatment from everyone there. I would recommend Dr. Cook and his team without resevation.

Dr. Cook and his staff go above and beyond to make the patient feel warm and welcomed. Dr. Cook is always so polite and professional. I am so glad I found his practice and look forward to my next visit.

I've been visiting Brian for over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. Staff is amazing, friendly, flexible, and respectful. I have since moved my entire family (even my then 5, now 7 year old) to this Dentist and she loves going to the Dentist now. She actually asks when she can go back to see Dr. Cook, lol. My faith in Dentistry has been restored!
