You can tell they care about their patients by their investment in the patient experience; they've always got something new that makes the experience less intrusive and uncomfortable than I remember dentistry being even in more recent years, be it ways to watch an iPad and Netflix during a dental procedure to tools for quicker/more comfortable x-rays. I've recommended Twickenham Family Dentistry to all my friends.
