The services was great, little long on the wait but, I realize this is mostly a children's and andolesent dentist office. I have 2 son's and realize the importance of them being treated early. Shout out Vital Smiles 🤗

The staff is always very polite but the wait times are outrageous. I always schedule 8am appointments for my daughter. Regardless of how early we arrive, we have never been seen before 8:30am.

05-11-16. When I been bringing my #2 kids and then #3 kids.. They are always punctional and on time with paper work being filled out every 6th months. She.. the front desk lady is obviously NEW. Very slow. Does not even know how to read or pronounce names. Now not just my kid she did not say right.... even though I did correct her.. She still said it wrong. I did witness #3 other kids name she simply could not say correctly... She even called someone else to get password info to do her work on computer. This is way to long of a wait. I have never been upset at this office till today. They the H.R. dept. Really needs to screen these people better for employment.

Good experience first time visiting with child needed new dentist, everyone was polite and kind wait maybe a little over 30 min because she was new so paperwork but they worked quickly child wasn't afraid so that's a big plus I'd recommend giving them a try to anyone..thank you!

When I came in today the lady at the front desk that check about the insurance she really does a great job she checks everything up front so you know what is what shetakes the time to explain everything so you know what to expect she leaves nothing hidden she lays out everything you get service that is ware in this time and I want to say thank you
