This was our first time taking our 7 and 4 year old. The staff was very polite and explained everything to the kids. This is very important for my 4 year old. They were gentle and let me participate in every step. The only issue I have is the wait time. This could be because they were new patients. I would highly recommend Vital Smiles.

My 3yo had their first dental visit with Vital Smiles. The check in process was smooth and the hygienist was great with my little one. The room was bright and clean. The entire cleaning and check by doctor was only 15 minutes. The kids get a toy and sticker and toothbrush, toothpaste and floss.

My first visit with my daughter today and we absolutely loved it. She was really scared and the doctors really have a way with the kids to calm them down. The wait time was little to none and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. We will definetly be back :)

The staff is very sweet and friendly. The staff remembered me, and asked how "the baby" was doing, the last time I had seen them I was pregnant. Kesha at the front desk is always very helpful and gets business taken care of! My dentist was a man, can't remember his name, but he's also very friendly, makes me feel very comfortable and welcome, he's also very funny!!

Everyone was so nice! My son was happy and I was very pleased!!!! They kept good practices for social distancing, checking temperatures and spraying sanitizer on hands before patients were taken back. In the room patients were distanced from eachother, masks were worn and hands were washed. Very wonderful service! Thank you

It was unbelievable my granddaughter was a walk in and it didn't take long from them to call her back. Once in the back everyone we encountered was very professional and very kind and gentle with my granddaughter. She didn't have to make two visits the Dentist took care of her needs in one visit.

I had a great experience. The play area is perfect. The dental assistant was awesome and patient. She made the girls experience very nice. The dentist spoke well and checked their teeth of course. They all had great attitudes. The front desk employees did good too. I felt very welcomed.

Everyone is very professional and sweet. It was my daughters first time to the dentist, so it took some time for her to “trust” them. But they were very patient and encouraging and really helped my daughter to know everything was okay and made her smile and laugh. Really appreciate the kindness you showed us. Now she says she loves the dentist and i know next time we go she will be excited and now scared! So thank you! :)
Humble Beginnings
Staff is always extremely welcoming and kind. The patients teeth are all cleaned in a big room and I would definitely not like that, but my son is ok with it. The facility is clean but the wait is usually an hour after your scheduled appointment.
