My son had 3 teeth extracted. The dentist Dr. Mike and his staff were great. Very friendly, Dr. Mike is awesome at his profession. He made pulling teeth look easy! The only thing that I didn't agree with is the fact my son woke up complaining of his mouth still hurting on Friday when he had his teeth extracted on Thursday. I kept him out of school due to the fact of not sending him to school on Norco and the dentist office refused to write him a school excuse stating their policy is to only write one for the day of procedure. Whoever made the policy needs to reevaluate it.

I love the Fact, My Children can All come @One Appointment time. The Staff is Professional, they have great chemistry with the children, it's Family Friendly and The Service is Excellent.... They make Sure You are In and Out... Thank U Vital Smiles

My 2 y/o child has a slight developmental delay and every single office staff member made sure to make sure that he was comfortable and they were still able to do what needed to be done. Super happy with the experience and will be transferring my older son’s care to the office sooner rather than later!!!

They were extremely nice and professional. My one year old daughter just visited for her second time and she loved it minus the teeth cleaning part (she doesn't like anybody going in her mouth) but they were very warm and gentle with her.

very professional,yet; funny. Both had a calm persosonality and made me feel "right
at home." Dr. Michael instructed me to take great care, well, actually better care of my teeth, but there was no shaming. Before I knew it they had provided the service I need. My teeth were pretty AGAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VITAL SMILES to ANYONE that need dental work.

Very lively environment. My 2 year old was not afraid at all, because of the overly joyful staff, and the happy environment. The doctor was a doll, and she was very patient with my son after his cleaning. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the long wait time. We arrived for our appointment at 9:15am, but we weren't seen until almost 11:00am. The wait didn't bother me much, but my 2 year old was becoming anxious and I began to worry if he'd actually be still during his cleaning. The play area got filled with little ones, and there wasn't enough toys/activities for everyone. I honestly cannot wait until our next appointment.❤️

To be honest I was very sceptical about bringing my kids here. I had heard the staff was rude and that you weren't aloud to go in the back with your kids. Well seeing as they are the only pediatric dentist office around here that accepts medicaid, I had to bring them. They were very respectful, clean, and informative. The dentist was very nice and made us feel like we'd been coming there forever. Very happy with the decision to go to Vital Smiles.

Vital smiles is awesome, Laura cleaned my teeth my teeth and did an awesome job! The dentist Dr. Mike was awesome I felt like I have known them my whole life. The staff is very friendly, timely and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Was moved to the back and sat there for over 30 minutes when people who were brought back after us started being seen before us I questioned it to a female staff member and was interrupted by a male staff member rude in my opinion when she explained what was happening I was fine with it. Great staff . Came back for a small procedure the person who took us to the back was rude and condescending,we have come here for years and lately afew of the employees are rude and act like they are better than you. Most of the employees are nice,polite and friendly I guess there are few bad apples in every barrel.
