We have always had a nice experience at Vital Smiles. We were in and out within 50 minutes of our appointment time. All the doctors are good but Dr.Duke is our favorite!

Excellent service! Friendly staff! Dr.Bellemy was awesome! She explained every part of the procedure, I had a few things done that day. From the time I walked in to the office I was greeted by a friendly staff and everything was explained to me in detail even down to my insurance coverage. I highly recommend Vital Smiles!

Highly don’t recommend this dentist office .. I spent 45 minutes outside for someone to contact me and say that my daughters insurance was inactive... On top of the fact they have owed me money for over a year now for a cleaning that I paid out of pocket for . They have promised to call me back and call their headquarters In California for over a year. They have never reached back out to me and the staff has been extremely rude and no help . I find it comical that when they want their money for a service or insurance they turn you away but yet I have been given the run around about money I paid for my daughter over a year ago. We will not be back and I encourage others not to go here either because they will not work with you:..and they don’t answer their phone.

The finance company that Vital Smiles Huntsville is working with, truly is really pathetic to say the least. I would think because “Vital Smiles” accepts Medicaid and services an immense number of those insurance patients ; They would have a better finance company than they do. But it is a separate practice and the ortho seems to use that name to partner with. They have no leeway if you encounter a financial hardship and are unable to pay or of you get behind on payments. They expect you to still pay with no service.Or pay at least 1/2 of what you owe. I won’t recommend this to anyone.

I have 3 children and I love that they all can be seen same day for their cleanings. They are all in and done within an hour. Staff is very freindly and informative. In the past my children have had bad experiences with their dentist but they love Vital Smiles. They take both children and adults. They do except Medicaid. There is an area for kids with a few gadgets for the lil ones to be occupied plus a tv with kids shows and a window so parents can watch their children while being seen in the back. Because the staff is soo good this place is popular so I recommend calling and scheduling checkups a month ahead and call ahead of time if you needed to walk in for any emergency problems to make sure you can be seen that day.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. My daughter broke a tooth in December but they couldnt fix it for over a month...which was fine but when I got there for her appointment to fix it they claimed I didnt have an appointment after sitting there over an hour and confirming my appointment yesterday. A complete disaster.

My son was so scared before having his tooth pulled. All of the staff were wonderful and made him much more comfortable! We definitely would recommend Vital Smiles on Blue Springs Rd!

Very professional staff and very friendlky. Was seen by Dr for first visit 8/5/19 and had tooth extraction the next two day. Very very impressed with your service and have the told many friends. Will continue to use your office. Dr Mike was great and very friendly
