IT WAS THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I HAD A TERRIBLE TOOTH(ACTUALLY TEETH) ACHE. I NEEDED 1-2 TEETH EXTRACTED. THEY X-RAYED MY MOUTH AND THEN SAT ME DOWN TO TELL ME WHAT LITTLE TEETH I HAD THEY WEREN'T SALVAGEABLE. THEY WERE GOING TO FINANCE IT IN THE
$7,000.00 RANGE. I TOLD THEM I JUST NEEDED THE MAIN HURTING TOOTH PULLED. I GAVE THEM $138.00 TO GET IT PULLED AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO GET APPROVAL FROM MY DR.. I LEFT AND WAITED TO HEAR FROM THEM. 1-1/2 WEEKS LATER I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS TAKING THEM SO LONG AND THEY SAID MY DR. HADN'T GOT AHOLD OF THEM. I CALLED MY DR. AND SHE SAID SHE SENT IT TO THEM. I CALLED THE DENTIST BACK TO LET THEM KNOW MY DR. SENT. WHAT THEY NEEDED AND I GOT THE RUN AROUND FOR 3 MORE DAYS. FINALLY SOMEONE. GOT AHOLD OF ME TO SAY THEY FINALLY GOT THE OK FROM MY DR..I ASKED WHEN I COULD GET MY TOOTH PULLED AND SHE SAID IT WASN'T POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO PULL IT. I ASKED IF I COULD COME AND GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE LADY SAID THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME BACK CASH MONEY!!! SHE SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A CHECK. I FINALLY GOT IT!! ASPEN SIGN SAYS "EMERGENCY DENTAL". I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY CONSIDER AN EMERGENCY BUT I HURT FOR WEEKS. GOOD NEWS...I HAD MY 2 TEETH PULLED AND MY NEW DENTIST IS GOING TO FILL(FIX) MY REMAINING TEETH. SO. SO MUCH FOR THEM SAYING MY TEETH ALL NEEDED TO BE PULLED! HUM🙄I WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!😡😡😡😡😡ðŸ˜

Went in to get a exam didnt get the news i wanted but by all means they did things as of exrays that ive never experienced from other dentist they do more then enough by all means dr A and Cassidy the two was aswesome i didn't feel the needle stick nor the the teeth being pulled for once in my life best experience ive ever had they had an hygienist come in measuring my teeth etc it was the best feeling and experience i could ever ask for dr A is a beautiful kind hearted soul they will be forever my dentist......one more thing i dont have insurance for the 2 that needed to come out was like 400 plus tax i didnt have much 216 i walked out with 2 infected teeth pulled with pain meds and to be honest today i fill great barely any pain from the needles thank yall so so so much for yalls services Madison al off 72 in front Academy sports by far the best place for dental issues....

Wouldn’t recommend this for anyone, had an appointment at 8:00 A.M. and didn’t leave the office until 11:00 am. This was just for a consultation. The place was unprofessional, the staff was too busy flirting with one another than taking care of customers

1st visit to Aspen dental and i must say their staff ,from the front desk to the hygienist & dentist were all extremely nice & efficienct..There wasnt much of a wait time & i would highly recommend them.
