Completely painless cleaning and exam. Everyone is kind and customer focused. The facility makes you feel like royalty--extremely clean and well maintained. I have been to many other dentist offices where I don't want to open my mouth because of the appearance of the place and the old, out of date machinery. NOT here. This is the only place I have been where the going to the dentist is actually pleasant. Doctors are thoughtful and thorough. I have zero negative comments about this place.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Congo and the staff at Eastview Family Dentistry. They are always so upbeat. Dr. Congo always listens and answers my question. Also, I want to mention that Danica is my favorite Hygienist. Both her and Dr. Congo are gentle when handling my teeth. They do a very thorough job. I highly recommend Eastview Family Dentistry for any of your dental needs.

I see Dr Dean. She has a wonderful, caring beside manner. She gets to know her patients as individuals. Staff very personable as well & always treat you with respect. Excellent dental care!

The atmosphere here is very welcoming. From the front desk to the back, everyone is there to make sure you’re experience is a comfortable one. Courtney especially made me feel comfortable by letting me know everything she was doing.

The people at Eastview were so quick in getting me in after losing a crown. While at the office, all members of the dental team were very friendly and explained everything that they were doing and why. I have been going to this dental office for over 8 years and not once have I had a bad experience. Everyone has always been so polite and professional.

Sad, sad day....my husband and I have been patients if Dr. Dean since before this place was built. We have also spent a large amount of money with this office over the years. I work in Decatur and live in Athens, but we kept coming here because we really liked everyone. My husband even had a cleaning appointment here in the last month. He was called the morning of the appointment and asked to reschedule, due to his hygienist being out. He obliged and was able to get in a few days later. My experience today....well, Let's just say that I was not treated with the same respect that he gave them. Today I was scheduled for a six month cleaning and checkup. Neither of us have ever missed an appointment at Eastview; and today was not going to be any different. I showed up 20 minutes early; walked up to the usually friendly receptionist (she always greeted me by name with a smile...not today) "may I help you?" She said. I told her my name and stated that I was here for my appointment. She let me know that she knew who I was, and that my appointment had been cancelled. "Why?" I asked. "Because you didn't confirm it with us..." She stated. "What?" I said.....I didn't call and cancel it. She advised me that they had sent me several emails, and looked at her computer to prove that I'd even opened one of them. Fine....I did, and I still didn't call to cancel which means I'll be there! "It's our new policy".... She said.... That's fine, but make sure patients are told that the next time they come in and don't assume that folks read all of the 5000 emails we get each week! If most folks are like me they have at least 2 email systems that they keep up with (work and personal). Whew calm down...I was angry to say the least and asked to speak to The office manager and Dr. Dean. Both obliged. No apology was ever offered. Instead, I was only offered " don't you understand why this is our policy?". No I do not! No other Doctor I know of operates in such a way. I see signed in offices about "missed appointment charges" etc. Never you're cancelled! The worst of it is that no one even once said "we're sorry about the misunderstanding, let us see when we can reschedule you". Not once... I would like to remind the doctors here that you operate in a large town full of very busy people who run on tight schedules just like my family does. It was obvious to me today, that I was just another number to you, and that you feel like you don't need my family's business. That's fine because there is a dentist I every corner in this town....in fact there are two others on Slaughter Rd alone......patients, beware! You've been warned!

I have been going to Eastview Family Dentistry for almost 10 years now and love the practice! Dr. Dean is wonderful and I look forward to seeing her at my visit.
