When I first called the lady did not have very good customer service manners. Then to get told a day before they have to reschedule, still two weeks out was a very big inconvenience. Then when I said I will have to fine someone else it was like, will ok bye. You will think you will fit me in but nope it was forgot me. I will never go somewhere where they do not care about the new patients at all never again.
