Aspen Dental

Aspen dentist office ,closet to I-65, came through for me today ! Tabitha,the assistant office manager, or office manager,helped us come to an agreement to get back into the dentist at Aspen. I don't remember the front desk receptionists name but it was something like Felicia ? She was as nice and friendly as I've had since my 1st experience with Aspen. I personally am not sure what happened or why with the balance was there. I know under Jennifer Thomas ,the former office manager and Dr Celeste Stuart the former dentist, I had the best service I have had from a dentist in my whole life. I'm in my mid 40s. I was laid off for a year ,lost dental insurance, so it was time to get back to the best service I've had. They have new management and dentists that look to be continuing the great service. We were able to negotiate the issue of the unpaid balance and I can keep using Aspen for my dentist. I am grateful for their help over several years now and recently. It looks like we will be able to continue with the same great service with new management and dentists. I'm sure I'm in good hands. Thank you Aspen team for your great service, kindness and support.

Aspen Dental is very helpful I went into their office and was literally in so much pain I could no longer stand it. The doctors was so helpful they made sure I was able to get my procedure by going above and beyond. The ladies in the front also was very helpful any question I had they made sure they personally asked the doctors. The doctors even came to the front and answered my questions. GREAT experience I will be returning for all dental work going forward.

My husband is in a wheelchair, and Aspen Dental has been extremely accommodating to his needs! Due to the fact that he needs extra time to get in and out of his chair, appointments have been scheduled so that he is seen with very little wait time. The dentists and staffing are more than courteous; they are professional, efficient, and direct. They tell you what needs to be done, but they also tell you that it will be done at your discretion. I appreciate the care that Aspen Dental offers!

This was my first time visiting and the staff was so friendly and nice. Dr. Klein was very down to earth and super sweet. The front desk staff was also nice and helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend visiting them and I will definitely be a returning patient. This is the atmosphere you want when you’re getting dental work! ☺️♥️

I've been trying for several days to get someone to answer the phone at this location. I need 2 root canals, and one of the doctors here is in my network... it is actually one of the closest in network.
Aspen Dental's phone menu is garbage. However selecting option 2 allows one to talk to the office... IF they would answer the phone. However no one at this location will answer. I have left messages twice with my name and number, and it has been over a week. Still no returned call, and it is too far just to drive there with no appointment in order to get one.

Reading some of the other reviews, I found an administrative number where someone answered some of the 1 star reviews, and I called it to see if they might actually be helpful... got just as bad as the local office... no one would answer the phone, so don't believe it when they respond to low star ratings like they are trying to fix the problem...

I had a molar extraction and the nurses and doctors did thier best to keep my anxiety down. I naturally am anxious at the dentist and the were very considerate of that. I plan to get my other dental work done there as I can. Great people.

I am so thankful that they were able to see us on such short notice for my son's absessed tooth and extraction. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are exceptional at what they do. I definitely recommend this dentist.

I am a terribly difficult patient (physically) but the very nice ladies at Aspen are amazing. They took time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and were incredibly encouraging and professional..love them.

I've never had a good experience going to the dentist. These folks treated me well. * edit* I did go in 2014 to Mobile Alabama, but my most recent visit was in Valdosta Georgia. Caring compassionate and understanding

It was great l had very pleasant experience with Ms Tasha Williams l like the way she explained what she was going to do and what to expect. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work I tell others about the job you do.
