I moved to mobile and neighbor recommended dr Friedman. He seemed to be knowledgeable, but after moving from midtown I tried a different dentist to compare. I will make this short and my honest opinion compared to new dentist. It was night and day difference, maybe not so much with the dentist but the facility. First the parking, after the staff parks there isn’t much room for the patients.The next thing is the waiting area, absolutely the worst mixed matched chairs I have ever sat in. The last is what I found to be the most amazing part of my new dentist experience was the equipment. I didn’t know when I went to dr Friedman they have made so much advancement in the equipment. It was like going from the 60’s to 2022. My new dentist really reinvests money back into his equipment and that makes for a much less stressful experience. Just one example was being stressed about my first crown. I told him I was stressed because I can’t stand getting a cavity filled because of the noise and vibration of the drill. He said that had the the newest equipment there is and claimed it would be much better than what I experienced before. I was skeptical for sure but he was right!! The new dentist was just much less stressful all the way around because of keeping up with the times and reinventing some profits too make it more pleasurable experience for the patient.

I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Friedman and his staff. They're VERY nice, professional, and does GREAT work. Dr. Friedman had to go behind another dentist, who did shoddy work on my mouth, but Dr. Friedman made sure that everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. I REALLY like the fact that all the work that needed to be done was explained and future appointments were made to have everything done. I was even given an emergency appointment when a filling that was done by another dentist four months ago fell out/broke.

My visit at Dr. Friedman's office was a great experience. Dental hygienist Susan turn my fear of going to the dentist into a wonderful experience. During my procedure she made me feel so comfortable and she was very concerned of my well being. She assured me that she was going to take very good care of me and she did just that. Clean office. Friendly staff. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman's office.

I've been going to Doc since 1997. He's not only an excellent dentist, he must be a great boss, he's still got the same staff. Big BAMA fan. Just because he's a dentist, he's got a sweet tooth just like the rest of us and l love to bake the sweets for them. Somebody on Facebook in Jackson, Alabama was looking for a dentist and said they'd come to Mobile if anybody could recommend a GOOD dentist. I gave them his name and phone number. Love these people, they're like family!
