Carmichael Dental Care, Chet Swartzentruber DMD and Shawn Keahey DDS

Carmichael Dental is wonderful! All their equipment is updated and the latest in technology. Dr. Shawn is is an excellent dentist. He takes the time to explain any work you need and he is so funny. Debra, my hygienist, was amazing. I have very sensitive teeth and she was so careful when using water in my mouth. I didn’t feel like I was going to go through the roof. In fact, if she didn’t tell me she was about to spray the water I wouldn’t have even known it. Everyone there is so friendly. I even look forward to my next appointment.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Waiting time was short. First time I have been so comfortable at a dentist office. Dr Chet and assistants cared about my satisfaction. Very pleased with this office.

I was incredibly nervous and hadn’t been to the dentist in ages. The staff here is amazing, very gentle, understanding, and nonjudgmental. They put me at ease. I was given oral conscious sedation to get me over the fear of going back to the dentist. Highly recommend this dentist and his staff for anyone, but especially those with a fear of the dentist.

I’ve had couple of really good experiences since being a patient here . Two different times I’ve had tooth pain, they have gotten me in quickly, diagnosed problem and Dr. Chet has done the procedure. I love the fact that they can do just about any procedure you might need and don’t have to send you somewhere else. Very friendly staff as well . Thanks again 😀😀😀

The absolutely most perfect experience I’ve had in a dental office In my entire life. Inez is the best hygienist I have ever used and Dr. Chet spent more time with me than any dentist I have seen in 47 years. I prayed for a good dentist and I was delivered to the best in Montgomery. Dr. Chet even referred me to an ENT because of an abnormality of my X-ray. I will never use anyone except Dr. Chet and his staff from now on. They are the beat in Montgomery and I feel so blessed that I found this dental practice. I felt like I had been to a day spa. I also had Botox injections but I forgot to ask the assistants name but she was incredible as well. This practice Is top notch and each an every employee from front desk, dentist, hygienist and financial are the best in Montgomery.

The staff is rude, appointments are not available when they are convenient for you. The office manager is completely rude! I was told that I could bring my children on both confirmations of my appointment. When I get to my appointment I was told to stick my 8 and 10 year old in a car alone in montgomery by their office manager, if I wanted to be seen or reschedule my appointment! If I had been told correctly in the first place I could have made arrangements for my children! On top of that they knew I was in pain and did nothing to address that! I was seated back out in a way over crowded waiting room after being told my children could not be in there and sitting right next to me was a daughter there with her mother Then they asked me to sign some paper releasing them without explaining what the issue could be! Office not to be trusted!

I’ve heard great things about them and when I saw that they were accepting new patients. I have them a call and was put right on the schedule. Everyone was friendly and helpful!! Would recommend them to anyone who asks!!

Oral extradiction went great. Removal of permit retainer was excellent. I have not been in any extreme pain since the oral surgery. Only had to take actual prescription medicine on the day of surgery. Suctures are healing fine. I have already recommended Dr. Chet to others. Great Job!
