Called them, they help me set and appointment they examined my mouth and explained what issue was going on and referred me to a specialist. I would have like to have had the issue resolved since when I called the specialist they can’t see me until a month from now but I get it. All in all my experience was cool and professional.

The only thing that they do good is show they care. But do they fall through with making sure you are ok? No , this is my third time scheduling for a filling and got nothing but a cleaning. And they canceled on me one of the three times .. there is no awareness of why they won’t proceed with my fillings they just want me to come back and back. Make sure you insurance is not being scammed !!

I had the pleasure of meeting a new dental hygienist by the name of Unique. I must say she was the most pleasant worker that I have come across at Dr. Cawley’s practice. To be honest I have never had a bad experience with anyone at his office but this young lady is amazing. I always hate to do X-rays but she made it the most efficient and fast experience since I have been there. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly but so quickly. Unique is definitely going to go a long way with her personality and expertise. Please keep her at your office because I really hope to see her on my future visits

Very pleasant experience. I didn’t have all the paperwork for my nephews visit, the staff was very helpful in making sure my nephew had everything he needed for his appointment with the Oral Surgeon. Staff was also very nice and friendly!

I visited with Dr.Crawley at Dental Concepts this week and I was greeted with the feeling of warmth! Then aided by the student worker with kindness of an angel. Then greeted by a Dental Assistant named Carroll, who cared about my needs as she gracefully prepared me to meet with Dr.Crawley. The assistant worked with a heart of gold, just as warm as the AA workers. Then there was my wonderful Dr.Crawley as gentle as can be with a soft spoken voice. Thank you guys for such wonderful care.

Dr. Cawley and his staff takes great care of my guys when handling their dentistry needs🦷😇 We have a totally vision impaired 19yr old and him being safe is IMPERATIVE. The hygienist was phenomenal with doing sighted guide and making sure he was safe. The guys had no issues with their teeth🪥💙 and it's important to keep great mouth Health, because it affects other parts of the body. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Christian Dentistry 😇
