I would like to recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing dental services. The business is very clean and welcoming, as soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. When I was called to the back to be serviced the staff was all smiles and friendly. I got a feeling of comfort. They reacted with each other as if they’re all family, smiling and getting the job done in a very professional manner. The doctor took the time to address my concerns and gave me some advice on how to care for my teeth better. I actually enjoyed my time there. I have found me a permanent dentist!!! I’m very satisfied!!!😀👍🏾❤️

So went to see about getting two teeth pulled. Appointment itself went fine, agreed that the teeth needed to get pulled and even got me in the same day to do a deep cleaning to fight off my infection so I could get them pulled ASAP. Only real issue I had was hygienist, I’m not sure her name, had a little bit of poor bedside manner? Just sounding exasperated if she had to repeat what she said and making a comment of if I didn’t follow the regimen I was wasting their time. I get the idea of what she was saying and it’s not wrong but there’s better ways to say it. Overall I liked the staff and even she was greatly diligent in making sure I was numb enough before starting.

If you have hours to spend at the dentist schedule an appointment here. Had an appointment at 11am. Arrived at 10:52. Let the receptionist know I had a work related appointment and had to leave by 12:15. They call me back at 11:50(waited for 1 hour to be called back). I was only getting X-rays so I let the tech know they missed my appointment(at this point it’s 50 minutes past my appointment time)and I had to leave by 12:15. She advised they wouldn’t have time to complete my X-rays. They expect me to be on time for my appointment. I expect to be seen within a reasonable amount of time of my appointment time. 15-20 minutes-reasonable. An hour-unreasonable.

I went to Aspen Dental as a new patient yesterday. I had a crown come off and needed to have it put back on. I was able to get an appointment for that same afternoon. The staff was professional and very friendly. I was able to get my crown repaired and a full exam same day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m usually nervous about see a dentist but they were awesome. The dentist took her time and explained what I needed and how she could do the procedures. My overall experience with Aspen dental was great.

They were very knowledgeable. I went into the office with the left side of my mouth and eye hurting . I found out I have periodontal disease. I brush my teeth at least twice a day. But I found out that some of my medicine that I take due a kidney transplant has caused me to have bone loss. I have to have two teeth removed next week. But I still am in pain as it is only Thursday. But over all very nice people

I had my first patient appointment scheduled the dentist and tech/ dental assistant were nice I have no complaints.
I was then scheduled for cleaning and that’s why I have given one star because the hygienist was THE WORST she was so rude and gave me zero instruction on how should I care after the cleaning procedure. No after care guidance nothing, Even during the procedure she didn’t bother to ask my pain level it was like she was doing it for free and she was doing very reluctantly. She should be replaced because with that woman and her attitude I may not be going back to Aspen for my dental hygiene session ever again.

Warm friendly staff from start to finish. All of the staff members I dealt with were informative in their areas of expertise from getting my Xrays, to the breakdown of the dental treatment plan( and execution of said plan) all the way to the billing process. Truly a 5 star team that works here!
