I called Johnson & Marshall Dentistry in a panic because I’m a college student and did not have a dentist/orthodontist here in Tuscaloosa. Right as I called, a woman answered the phone and immediately made me feel so welcomed and heard! (It was intimidating at first since I’ve never had to find a dentist on my own.) They got me in the next morning and fixed my permanent retainer in less than 20 minutes. Definitely a place I will be going back to! They are super warm and inviting and make sure you feel taken care of! They also have the best personalities!!

I broke a tooth after hours so I called the office the next day, even though I knew they were normally closed to patients on Friday. After being directed to call Dr Johnson directly, he agreed to meet me at his office to assess the situation and provide temporary relief until his staff returned on Monday. Though he was about to go out of town for the weekend, he adjusted his plans so as to accommodate my emergency and I am forever grateful.
