Today was my first visit as patient,my second visit there in general. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. They are very good at explaining everything to you, procedure, prices etc. The best part about them is you wont have a 10 o clock appointment and then a have to wait hrs before they see you. You are in at your appointment time and out in a timely manner!

These people are awesome! My hygienist cleaned my teeth better than I've ever had but was also very gentle. The dentist was also extremely thorough, but quick and painless! Extremely clean and modern office.

Very friendly did not have to wait long at all. Their concern was mainly what was bothering me first besides what they wanted to do. It's all about the patient with them. That's what I love. I most definitely recommend them

Regarging Rhodes and Rhodes! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD. We got to our 10 year old daughters emergency appointment 4 minutes late, they would not see her. It was an due to pain. They did not care about our child. We came from VERNON Alabama, an hour and 20 minutes away. They knew this and did not consider the circumstances AT ALL even though we went back begging for her to be seen after initially being asked to leave. Our dentist in Fayette closed down from the virus and her filling appointment was in March. They would not see her until June 30th, were sent to these Rhodes"people".It was a horrible experience from an unethical "provider". I would give a negative star if I could. I am contacting the Alabama Dental the BBB. Trash.

My appointment was about two weeks ago and I can say that I think I have found a dentist here in Tuscaloosa . My husband and I loved the professionalism that the provided. We went for a routine cleaning. Tracy Robinson was my hygienist and she was great at explaining what she was doing. I would highly recommend anyone to go here!

I was blessed to have Ms. Tracy to clean my teeth. She was extremely considerate and kind. The steps and process were explained and she instructed me how to maintain my teeth. Thanks Ms. Tracy. I highly recommend Rhodes and Rhodes Family Dentistry.

I tried to support this business, especially since they were fellow Stillmanites. However, the office staff are not trained on doing their jobs apparently. First, I was told that my insurance had not paid the claim. I found out months later that the insurance company requested X-rays and the office had failed to send them. The insurance company called the office while I was on the phone and again requested the X-Rays. The office said they would send them right over. Meanwhile, the staff sent my claim to collections, even though the reason for the delay in payment was theirs. Today, I received another collections call. I again call my insurance company to find out what’s going on. The insurance company again calls the dental office requesting the X-rays. The office tells my insurance company that they have a new system and are trying to figure out how to send the X-rays. The insurance company asks if they could just mail them so they can pay the claim and the office tells them the picture wouldn’t be clear if they did that. They also tell my insurance company they will “hold off on the collections since they are having issues.” The problem is, it’s already there and effecting my credit!! I attempted to handle this without writing a review, but this has been an ongoing issue since October without resolution because the office staff can’t do their job.
