I have nothing but great things to say about Alaska Advanced Dentistry! Dr. Malcom and his staff (shout out to Kat, Ana, and Cara!) are amazing and make every visit very comfortable. Dr. Malcom corrected several years of poor dental work I had received, mitigating the pain and discomfort I was experiencing, while ensuring it was done the right way to prevent any future issues. He and his staff met me where I was at and helped me game plan so finances would be less of a barrier in getting the treatment I needed. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to NOT hate going to the dentist!

Staff is friendly and they make me feel very comfortable. I get nervous when going to the dentist and I don’t feel nervous within the first 5 minutes of my appointments. I would recommend going to Alaska Advanced Dentistry to anyone.

Update- I called in yesterday with a bad toothache thinking "man they are going to be busy right now, probably won't be able to get in until a few weeks". To my surprise I was told come in, we will squeeze you in! I figured I would need the dreaded extraction and it turns out I did. Again, I can't say how comfortable I was, not to mention I barely felt anything the whole time! Thanks to you all for making my dental fears seem ridiculous! Have a wonderful Christmas Holiday
Update- I took my daughter to Dr. Malcom for an Invisalign consultation and every visit I always feel at ease with the doctors easy mannerisms, his professionalism and the assistants knowledge of their work. I'm so glad my family has found a great dentist, someone we truly enjoy visiting.

Dr.Malcom & his staff hold high regards for customer service! Have been at this practice over 10 years and have received excellent dental care with great communication, and they really work hard to make going to the dentist, a pleasurable experience.....whether it's just a cleaning, or a more complex procedure, they are professional, polite, and empathetic to my situation...would highly recommend...

From the easy scheduling of my appointment by text or phone, to welcoming me and immediately puting me at ease, and ensuring that I was comfortable during each step, I actually felt pampered. Dr. Malcom and his staff are very skilled and genuine. I could sense that the cohesive team enjoyed what they do. Dr. Malcom is not only an accomplished dentist; he is also a pharmacist! This place is awesome! I go here for everything dental including implants. I have seen 3 different dentists over the years here and all of them are very professional and do excellent work. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great place to get dental work done!

He was very thorough in explaining why I needed certain treatments and the best course of action to take as well as answering all of my questions.
