The biggest seller to me on this particular office. Previously I’ve had a terrible experience with a dentist and it makes me a little skeptical when I’ve been told I’ve needed some work done because of unnecessary work. However, all of my questions were answered, and encouraged. I was handed a mirror while he talked through and showed me exactly what he was seeing. I was encouraged that they do the work that needs to get done but remain conservative with their work. Everyone is very friendly, the hygienist was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

If you need a gentle cleaning, or have any symptoms of dry mouth, make an appointment here with Dr Malcolm. The entire team is friendly, thorough, and efficient. I went in expecting to prepare for a major oral surgery. I didn't even know what to ask when I learned I could avoid an expensive painful procedure. Dr Malcom and his team gave me information to prevent some problems, rather than charge for unnecessary work. They are comprehensive AND ethical. That's a rare combo.

A team of caring individuals who are invested in what you want and what’s best for your health. Cara is amazing and so gentle when cleaning your teeth. Dr. Malcom is amazing at answering questions and explaining in layman’s terms. I cannot recommend Alaska Advanced Dentistry enough.
