I'm 67. I've been to many dentists. The transition from Dr Klump to Dr Malcomb was seamless. I require more novocaine than normal. Dr Malcomb must have had this in my chart because I did not require extra shots this time. Dentists have used rubber dams, rubber blocks to hold my mouth open, and other devices. The device he used today was the least uncomfortable. And Cara is wonderful. I trust them. Skilled, competent, attentive, and personable.

Alaska Advanced Dentistry used to be my dentist a few years ago and I recently went back to see them again for the first time in a while. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and were very helpful in getting me scheduled. Dr Malcom and his assistants and my hygienist, Cara are all very thorough and make me feel welcomed at the office. They reassured me with their thorough explanations of what I needed to get done and everything involved, and answered every one of my questions. I look forward to seeing them from now on as my dentist, and highly recommend their office. Thank you everyone!

They've been my dentist's office for a long time, and even though going to get my teeth cleaned has never been my favorite experience, they always make it as comfortable as possible. I found myself in need of a new dentist who I was hoping would have an insurance savvy receptionist/admin. With all the covid stuff going on I have had to switch jobs 3x and my insurance has gotten a little wonky (for me). I am so glad I called Alaska Advanced Dentistry! Amanda is great at communication, my first cleaning and exam was awesome and Dr. Finley is a wonderful dentist! We have thoroughly discussed my history, made treatment plans from where I have left with the prior office, and after my appointments I am able to sit and go over my benefits and view them ahead of my next appointment :)

This level of comfort continues through everyone ive seen here so far. Cara in particular has been very nice and attentive.
