Can I just say everyone at this location is AMAZING!!!! The staff makes you feel comfortable and the Dr. is so kind and understanding. I seriously can’t believe I left A DENTIST appointment feeling so good. Thank you!!!!

Alaska Dental Arts staff are a super nice group, especially the receptionist. However, the huge sign on their building proclaiming free teeth whitening is super misleading. Sure, you get teeth whitening, but, it is the same stuff you can buy at a store, not a professional teeth whitening. Then, after they took casts of my teeth for teeth whitening trays, I never received a call back to get the whitening done. Also, I had to ask several times about the whitening. Finally, I called and told them to throw them away as I wouldn't be coming back. I will definitely be looking for a different dentist because I feel like the teeth whitening was so misleading and a way to get you to make an appointment.

Our 5 year old daughter knocked her 2 front teeth and they now loose. It was after hours (7pm) and we were not patients of Dr. Lookhart, but we called. He said he would be back to his office in 20 minutes to meet us.
He treated us very nicely and was so sweet to our daughter.
He was not rushing to get us out. He was kind and thorough with our daughter; then taking the time to explain to my husband and I what was going on & what we needed to do before her follow-up.
As of today, Dr. Seth Lookhart has 3 new patients.

Happy that I found this place, I was hiding away for 3 days because I didn't want to be seen. My nightmare of a situation is actually becoming a dream come true. I have something to look forward to again and smile about. Thank you very much Dr Plourde and the lovely ladies who went out of their way to assist me.
