Every time I go there they make it stress free, Doc tells you exactly what You need done. I love the fact that they will work with you on getting what you need done. The people made this experience for me a family clinc I love it. They were all helpful in many ways, Doc didn't have to rush he took his time even thou it was a difficult tooth to extract no problem, he got that done while training his new workers on terms etc. No Insurance don't worry they help been too many clinics and this is my first time feeling safe and warm...I love the vibe and the people ❤ 💕 💖 💜 💙 💗 Mis.Claudia and the girls got this place spiced up with tender loving and care I recommend this place over and over again it's my new spot and I'll be seeing them again next month. ❤

The front desk experience was very warm and welcoming, Claudia interacts with you as a good friend yet she is still professional. I believe my lady may have been new as I overheard her being instructed by the doctor and coworker, I usually do not feel comfortable in these situations however she was very sweet, took the time to listen and reassure me, and was efficient in her work.

I went in for a problem tooth. Everyone in the office was warm and very professional. My problem was addressed without any hesitation or extraneous "box checking" components. Dr. Plourde was training one of the staff members and seemed to be a very good teacher, patient and kind. I will definitely be returning for my routine dental care and would recommend Dr. Plourde and the staff at Alaska Dental Arts without hesitation.

Even tho she was in tears learning what it would take to fix her teeth, the Dr and staff were so kind to her she left smiling and laughing.
