Alcan Family Dental is fantastic. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, always returning calls promptly. The dental hygienist is thorough yet gentle and always remembers that my bottom front teeth are sensitive. She numbs them immediately so I don’t have to feel any pain.
Before going to Alcan I had not been to the dentist in a while and subsequently, I had a few cavities. The dentist filled them and the entire process what quick and pain-free. In addition, it was relatively affordable for dental work.
Alcan Family Dental gets an A+ from me!!

So I had some chipping and wear on my front teeth. Dr. Brett Lopez gave me a thorough consultation. He then fixed the issue on the spot without rescheduling. I walked out with perfect front teeth in an hour. The staff was professional and kind. I was very impressed. I had held off for some time thinking it would have been much more invasive. Wish I would have done it sooner. I will be back for a cleaning in two weeks.

Briley was an amazing assistant, she pays attention to detail. Makes your feel relaxed and comfortable. Happy to have her help work on my teeth again.
The doctor was super good and made sure I was comfortable.

Dr. Hyer, Jackson, Della, and the rest of his staff are professional, personable, and courteous.. needed my wisdom teeth and some other infected teeth removed and he did a wonderful job.. he was very direct about my problems that another practice wasn't and I appreciate his honesty and ability to be no nonsense without being rude.. highly recommend.. I will be back for any other future work needed!

WoW! AWESOMENESS Dental office!!! Not Only is the office staff PHENOMENAL, ALL the dentist are & the male hygienist is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! ALL the staff take time for you, show that they care & I've Never had anyone so gentle...ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE I've been in!! Didn't even need to be numb, truly AWESOME establishment! THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY & CARE ABOUT U!! Dr Hyer is WONDERFUL & the ladies up front are PERFECT, Angelica & Brylee took the time to help me w/ my entire family, VERY PROFESSIONAL!! I APPRECIATE ALL OF U & SO GLAD I've FINALLY found a TRULY PHENOMENAL Dentist office!!

I have been coming here for about 20 years. Great front desk staff (Angelica and Taylar). Overall great experience. Even though Dr.Laudon is not here, It is nice to have a similar Dr. (Dr.Lopez). I recommend everyone to this office whether that be to see the Dr, or Trevor (Hygienist) for a cleaning. My experience in particular with Brylee the assistant was top notch. Great office-Highly recommend.

Angelica, and Taylar at the front desk ladies were very welcoming with friendly smiles. Della was wonderful walking me threw the X-ray process. I was in and out within an hour.

Friendly staff (for the most part), and clean facilities. The only reason for the 3 stars is that there are some pretty significant problems with communication between staff and also with their patients. Otherwise, it was overall a really positive experience.
