Dr. Lowe was amazing. Great at explaining what needs to be done and what options I have. She was very quick and knowledgeable! Bella was the dental assistant and she was great too! She was super helpful with insurance information and helping me decide what to budget for including pediatric dental work for my son. This office was super clean, kind and left me better than yesterday :) I would recommend them to anyone in search of a new Dentist!

This is a little late but better late then never.
I brought my son in for some work and I thought it would be a multiple appointment type thing. Nope the dentist got us in and took care of all my sons work in one appointment. It was amazing. They treated us so well the entire time. I am definitely bring my two year old soon!! You guys keep being awesome!!! Thank you so much!!!

My experience at BTY dental has always been outstanding. Not only the clinic itself is always clean and presentable but the staff are kind and very friendly. Just recently ago, me and my daughter came in and got both of our teeth cleaned by Dr. Han and his dental assistant Arnold. Both individuals were really great at what they do. They both made our visit worth while. Dr. Han was very knowledgeable and really explained every procedure thoroughly (he really did know what he was doing). Also, Dr. Han and Arnold made our visit fun and easy for my 4 year old daughter who has had a terrifying experience in dental clinics in the past which was a plus for me! Overall, BTY dental is a great place to get any dental work done and I highly recommend this place for everyone.

I'm honestly questioning every dentist office and technician I've seen because this office was amazing. They were kind, accommodating, professional, and thorough. Dr. Cho was wonderfully communicative and gentle. Her assistant Jason was sweet and attentive. Cecily, the treatment presenter insurance person, explained everything to me and gave me payment plan options. And the receptionist, Nessie, was fast and courteous. Overall 10/10 staff and experience.

I did not have a great experience the first time I went to BTY because my dentist had very poor bedside manner and care, but the second time I had Kelly and Dr Kim for a crown placement and they were very friendly, professional, and quick. All of the assistants and hygienists are great, it just matters how lucky you get with the dentist! But overall good work, just depends on the level of care.

I brought in my eldest daughter for a dental checkup and she had a great experience on her visit. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Jones was very awesome and her assistant Seunghee and another assistant I forgot his name though but they were both nice and courteous. Very knowledgeable staff. And great customer service from their Front desk... thank you Jona and Jeung for checking in my daughter right away. I highly recommend bty Dental👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had taken my daughter to get an exam and Tricia was the 1st ever to get her, her 1st dental cleaning! She was always afraid of dental visits until we came here. They always squeezed me into getting an exam and taken the visit quick and efficient. We’re leaving two happy patients. I recommend BTYDENTAL to anyone in need .

I want to say thank you so much to Julie who was the first person I spoke with while looking for a clinic to take my daughter and I in as new patients. We just moved from Texas and has been looking for a dentist and a Dr to take care of our brace's. Julie was so nice and supportive and willing to help me.

I was honest with her and she was honest with me. She said she will call me back to see how her clinic can help my daughter and I continue on with our brace treatment.

She called me back on Monday and I schedule with her for Friday, when I came in there I was simply overwhelmed with how professional Julie, Sheby, Aaron, Ashley, Jeanne and Dr. You were super kind and supportive.

They made us feel welcome and at peace. Oh yeah and the office is clean😊

But Dental is amazing. Every time I need emergency dental work eve just a cleaning, the always works with my schedule. Saw Dr. Kenny today for a tooth issue that he fixed righ away. Jung was working the front and greeted me on arrival to the office with a professional and warm greeting. She answered my numerous questions about insurance. Jung was very knowledable and helpful. Myra was assisting Dr. Kenny and she was amazingly nice and kind. Will be back for my future dental needs.

I was welcomed warmly by Mackynzie and London. The over all experience was really great and at first I feared to see the dentist, but made me feel comfortable. I strongly recommended this place if you are looking for a great dental care.
