Dr. Miller and Barry (the hygienist) have been nothing less than kind and compassionate, and improved my dental health 100% which has everything to do with your overall health! i actually look forward to my visits! : )

Went in today, had a cleaning and exam. The lady that cleaned my teeth was by far the best I've ever had. She was gentle and addressed my needs. Dr Miller I've been seeing for years, she is great and very tentative to my needs. When checking out the blond haired lady never smiled and had no expression. I stated I was in a big hurry and it seem like she was taking her time. She came across as she was to good and above you. Other than her my experience was awesome.

Not only is my girl beautiful, witty and competent, she gives good shot. I was at a “dentist’s” ofc in Sequim WA today. I think the injection went through both sides of my jaw. Shots by Debra are pain free. Miss you D.

After three different unsatisfactory experiences with the front desk, and two unsatisfactory experiences with two hygenists I've decided to go to Dr. Veerman and within minutes of meeting their front desk staff I felt completely at ease and actually look forward to my new appointment!!! Take notes folks... I've been humiliated by your unprofessiinal staff three times too many! Not yelling across the front office to another receptionist behind the desk about why my insurance denied my cleaning is common sense. Not calling when my dentist is sick and cancels my appointment is unacceptable. Discussing with the front desk, "there's deffffanently a need... yes 90 minutes is a staaaaart." Um, I can hear you and so can the whole office of other patients. Hippa violation?! Lack of professionalism and humiliating! Having me wait 15minutes after my 1.5 hour appointment to then see the dr is too long to wait! From start to finish very disappointing experience trife with attitudes from staff left and right!!!
